About the Event

Join the Center for Wild Spirituality guides for a  webinar every Solstice and Equinox.  Begin each season with an immersive practice, a ceremony, and ideas for preparing your heart, focus, and spirit to tune into the upcoming season.  Seminary of the Wild practices are experiential ways to welcome the new season through conversation with the particular beings in your part of this enchanted earth who are interconnected with your own wild and whole self and community.  These are practices that make space for Sacred presence in all.

Midsummer is celebrated at the time when the sun is at its height and greatest strength, for this reason the ancient Druids celebrated this season as one of divine creativity and inspiration. The longest hours of daylight and the energy of the summer sun symbolizes the sensuous and erotic life-force of the flourishing celebration of the cosmos in which we participate. We will learn practices to connect with the creative fertility of communion, and erotic belonging to the land from the perspective of the Wild, Indigenous One. We will experience the emotive power of our sensual selves in conversation with human and more-than-human relationships, for accessing deeper creativity and emotional vitality.
