Wild Weavings is a free 30-minute eco-spiritual practice meant to deepen your relationship with Earth as sacred. 🌀 Practice: The soles of our feet are our most common point of contact with the Earth. Lets give them some attention! For this practice we will be touching our feet, so come prepared to take your shoes off. There will be some gentle standing movement invited.
